The Torvinis
Marco and Gianni Torvini come from a rich family background in Sicily. They are used to getting their own way, often by dubious means. If they can keep a lid on their temper, they can be a great team. Their sister is a princess. She likes to be in charge but doesn’t like getting her hands dirty. As a group they are ruthless, and will strive to become the most powerful group within the EWS.
Gustavsson & Lund
Olympic Weightlifter Gustavsson met Swedish International beach volleyball player Jenny Lund at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, and having recognised her potential, trained and ultimately teamed with her. The combination of strength and speed makes for exciting matches, and this team cannot be taken lightly.
Team Fuentes
The Fuentes siblings are young and hungry, and have beaten some of the best established European tag teams. A strategy based on speed and athleticism means the Fuentes clan has become a favourite with the fans. A keen sense of family honour means that they claim to be the top wrestling family in the business, a claim which has been refuted by the Torvini clan.
The O’Neill Brothers
The O’Neill brothers bring 100% commitment to the ring. They are both very physical and athletic, but have had a few very public disagreements. When they are on the same page, they are near unstoppable, but are often reading different books.
Team Switzerland
It is a measure of the confidence of these two young Swiss (their combined age is equal to that of Erik Gustavsson) athletes that they have labelled themselves as ‘Team Switzerland.’ Taking on the mantle of representing their country, these two young competitors are out to make a name for themselves.
The Purists
Shortly after losing his first match in EWS to former popstar Ivana, Jean-Francois Saure declared his hate for the ‘musclebound grotesques’ and ‘bimbos’ destroying the credibility of the business he loves. He declared that he would do something about it, so recruited Vita Sagrinovich to help him. The EWS fans were further shocked when Natasha, who to that point had seemed out of control, joined the group to continue her assault on Heikie Jones and the other women of the EWS.
